I reloaded the page and my balance is hidden

Your keys live only in memory. Click Unlock and sign again: same wallet, same account.

It says my balance is split

One transaction can spend at most two notes. If your balance is spread over more, send a smaller amount first, or send to your own SHADOW address to combine notes.

My payout says waiting for the wave

Advanced payouts leave at the next wave, every 15 minutes. The notes are reserved meanwhile; the payout appears in Activity once sent.

A payout failed

Nothing was spent: a failed payout leaves your notes untouched. Try again; if it keeps failing the error message says why.

Can I use another device?

Yes. Connect the same wallet and unlock: your private balance is rebuilt from the chain.
